What does Petsinboxes® stand for?

Our products are sustainable, individual, innovative and made of natural materials. They combine quality and timeless design and give people and animals a sense of well-being.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

We can also send your order to a different delivery address. For example, you can have your order delivered directly to your office. Simply enter the address at which you would like to receive your shipment when placing your order.

Can I have the shipment sent to a ParcelShop or a Packstation?

We try to fulfil all customer wishes. If you are unsure, just ask petsinboxes (info@petsinboxes.de).

Where is my parcel?

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email confirming the shipment with a tracking number. You can use this tracking information to find out where your parcel is. This allows you to track the delivery status of your shipment around the clock.

Is there a return deadline?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details about your right of withdrawal can be found in the general terms and conditions.
